We are proud of our rapid delivery, which is normally next working day to mainland UK; Highlands and Islands can take one to two days longer. We deliver from Monday to Friday. If more than 7 days have passed since we confirmed dispatch and your order has not arrived then please call our Customer Care team on 0800 310 2014. Please note orders placed before 12pm (noon) will normally be shipped the same day subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and shipped the following working day. Delivery will normally be the next working day, however deliveries to Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland will take approximately two days longer and are subject to local carriers. Please note that Scottish Highlands include postcodes IV4-IV11, IV14-IV28, IV40-IV63, TD15, KA28, PA20-78 and PH30-41.
