How to Order - It's as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Choose Your Products

There are several ways you can find the product you need.

You can use the search box at the top left of the screen - type in what you are trying to find (such as 'Tredaire' or 'Dreamwalk') and hit return or click 'go'. Or, you can use the navigation on the left of the screen.

When you find a product, if you want to see a bigger image just click on the picture or hover the mouse over it.

Finally, wherever we can we will also show you any suitable accessories on the same page as the product detail, and if there are products that other people buy at the same time we will show you those too.

All in all, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to find exactly which products you need.

2. Add What You Want To Your Shopping Basket

Once you have found your product, choose the quantity you need and then simply click on the 'buy' button. Your product is now in the shopping basket, and if you look at the top right of the screen you can see how many items are in your basket and what the basket total adds up to.

If you want to check what's in your basket, just click on 'view basket' at the top right of the screen. You can amend quantities or delete items altogether, then click on 'save changes' to update your basket.

3. Pay For Your Shopping

We will ask you for your delivery address and, if it is different, your billing address. We will then ask you for your credit card details, which we handle with the utmost concern for your security - you can read about our security policy.

Finally, if you want to choose a password, then we can remember you in the future to save you having to enter details again, and you can log on to track your order.
