How to Track Your Order

There are two parts to order tracking – what's happening within All About Underlay after we have taken your order, and what's happened to it after it leaves us.

Once you have placed your order, you can follow its progress through All About Underlay by logging into your account – click on the 'Sign In/Register' button at the top left of the page and enter your email address and password. If, when you placed your order, you did not want to create a password then you won't be able to do this.

Once you have logged in you can click on the 'My Account' link at the top right of the page and then click on 'View My Orders'.

Once the order has been picked and dispatched, you will need to track it using our courier. You will normally receive an email directly from them to tell you what the tracking number is and how to log into their website to follow the order.
