Our Product Guarantee
We are so confident in our products that if in the unlikely event that something goes wrong within the first year after purchase then simply send it back to us and we will happily refund or replace the item. For details of how to return anything, please visit our Returns Page.
Our Service Guarantee
If you decide that you have made a mistake or wish to change your mind then please send the good back in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt and again we will happily refund or exchange the item. For details of how to return anything, please visit our Returns page. Unfortunately our returns policy cannot only apply to part products or those which have been made-to-order.
Our Price Match Guarantee
We are so confident in our products that if in the unlikely event that you find the same underlay cheaper elsewhere online then just drop us an email at pricematch@aae-ltd.co.uk with details of the retailer, the underlay, the price and a link to the item - along with your name and telephone number - and we will call you back within two working days to take your order and match the price you saw elsewhere. To make it fair, all we ask is that it is a UK based online retailer (not an auction site) like ourselves and the underlay is original, new and readily available from stock - and not in any clearance, seconds or sale. We do not price match accessories.
