Durable Underlays for larger spaces

If you are a builder or contractor looking for underlay suitable for large areas or in bigger quantities, products such as Tredaire Contract 7 and Contract 9 are amongst some of the most durable high performance contract underlays available. Both have a durability rating of 6 stars but still achieve an underfoot comfort rating of 5 stars. Contract 7 and 9 are both PU Foam underlays and are ideal for helping to extend the life of carpets used in commercial areas such as large offices or public service buildings. Tredaire FR7 Fire Retardent underlay is deisgned for contract use and meets industrial fire retardancy specifications.

Contract Underfloor heating underlay

For the perfect contract underfloor heating underlay - look no further than Techincs 5 and Technics 6 from Tredaire. Both these underlays combine the low tog rating required for an undefloor heating underlay and the 5 star durability rating that means they will last for the life of the carpet they are under. Both these underlays also have excellent airborne noise reduction properties, with 5.00mm and 6.00mm thicknesses respectively.
