Next Day Pre-12 orders must also be placed by 12pm (noon).
Any order which includes a '3 Day Product' will be processed and despatched in full on the third. Any of these orders marked as Pre-12 will receive this order Pre-12 on the fourth day.
Please note for all underlay orders placed before 12pm (noon) we aim despatch the same day for next working day delivery, but as your underlay is now with Tuffnells (our third party delivery service) it is subject to advers weather conditions and road networks, and therefore it may take up to three working days. We deliver from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. Delivery times are subject to stock availability, credit checks, time of order and delivery conditions. The price for Express Delivery is in addition to the Standard Delivery price.
We assume that access is available for vehicles for all deliveries and for HGV'S for larger orders. Deliveries are door-to-door and the driver can not be expected to take them inside the property. We request that someone is available to sign for the goods upon delivery. Please ensure that your goods are inspected, prior to signature for damage. Once the goods have been signed for in "Good Condition” the carrier and All About Underlay will reject any claim for damages or compensation. All consignments are delivered by Tuffnells and it is imperative that you the customer are available to sign for the goods upon delivery. Any damage or short delivery should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. If we don’t have stock of an item then we will send it to you as soon as stock comes in.
Please note that some of our more specialist underlays are bought to order and are available on a ten working day turnaround. If more than 7 days have passed since we confirmed dispatch and your order has not arrived then please call our Customer Care team. We highly recommend that when booking fitters, more time is allowed for delivery as orders are subject to such things as credit checks, stock availability and delivery conditions which can mean the order may be delayed.
